Anthony “Tony” Pena, 24, of Miami Gardens, Fla., was sentenced in Hartford Wednesday to 11 years in prison for participating in a Danbury kidnapping last year.

The One Stop assists Miami University students and authorized family members with billing and payment, financial aid, registration, and student records.
