Humphries has established himself as the number one darts player in the world, with the 29-year-old sitting comfortably at the top of the PDC Order of Merit.

Van Luke Humphries won his first PDC title since November when he beat Johnny Clayton 6-5 in the final of the World Darts Masters played at Milton-Keynes. The match came down to the final leg where both had the chance to check out from over 100,
