The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in a yearslong legal battle over an FBI raid on the wrong Atlanta house.

The Supreme Court signaled Tuesday that it will revive a lawsuit from a suburban Atlanta family that was mistakenly held at gunpoint in their bedroom after the FBI accidentally conducted a predawn raid at the wrong address.

It turned out that the people entering the house were FBI agents with flash-bang grenades and guns drawn. The problem was they had raided the wrong house. Cliatt, his then-girlfriend Trina Martin and her 7-year-old son Gabe Watson were entirely innocent victims.
