A man was fatally shot in East Baltimore on Sunday afternoon, police said. At approximately 3:15 p.m., officers responded to the 2500 block of East Biddle Street in the area of the Biddle Street and Berea neighborhoods to investigate a ShotSpotter gunfire detection alert, according to a Sunday news release from Baltimore Police.
