Delhi High Court on Tuesday sought chief minister Atishi's stand on a BJP leader's plea seeking to initiate a defamation case over her allegations that BJP attempted to poach AAP MLAs.Justice Vikas Mahajan issued a notice to the CM on an appeal filed by BJP member Praveen Shankar Kapoor.
