Heavy traffic backup has been reported in Bloomingdale following a crash involving two dump trucks. According to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office, the wreck happened at Highway 17 and Highway 80.
Video from over Interstate 79 shows a dump truck flipped on its side with a black debris covering the roadway.
