All of the buildings at the golf course and the tennis center will have an Old Florida style, reminiscent of the old beach hotel, and mimicking other parts of the new Four Seasons resort development.

The projects are the first in the Valley for the developer, which owns other sites in central Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale.
