Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero said a proposal recognizing the rights of Muslims to bury their departed ones in accordance with their beliefs is headed to Malacanang Palace for signature.

The protest is being organised by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, with thousands of people slowly walking holding signs that read 'Stop arming Israel', 'Stand up to Trump' and 'End the siege'.
