Buc-ee's filed a federal lawsuit for trademark infringement against Barc-ee's, a gas station in southwest Missouri.
A jury found that Choke Canyon's alligator logo resembled Buc-ee's too closely ... as the background and prominent black edges for the mascot. As of Tuesday, the lawsuit remained open.
