The town of Middletown on Monday added two 15-minute parking spaces on Main Street in front of the Municipal Center.

Two 15-minute parking spaces have just opened up in Phillipsburg ... The new parking spaces are expected to receive signs to indicate one is ADA compliant and the other is for short-term parking.
