A worker died when a roof partially collapsed Thursday morning in Brooklyn, the NYPD said.The FDNY said it received a call shortly before 9 a.m. for a collapse in the rear of a two-story building at Quentin Road and East 32nd Street in Marine Park.

The victim was inside a shed behind a two-story building at Quentin Road and E. 32nd St. in Marine Park around 8:50 a.m. when the shed’s roof collapsed.

A deadly roof collapse in Brooklyn has left one man dead, according to NYPD officials. When emergency crews went into the building, they found a man near a storage structure under the debris. The cause of the collapse is still under investigation.
