Banks is under a Winter Weather Advisory, while higher elevations like Timber are under a Winter Storm Warning.

On Tuesday at 2:33 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from Wednesday 7 p.m. until Thursday 4 a.m. for Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
