Philadelphia named on DHS list of sanctuary jurisdictions as Trump administration steps up immigration enforcement. Here's the list.

Each jurisdiction will receive a notice stating that the government considers it noncompliant with immigration law and may be violating federal criminal statutes.

WASHINGTON – The Trump administration has put 20 Minnesota counties, the state’s two largest cities, Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the state government on notice that they’re in defiance of federal immigration law.
