A video by Kansas-based engineer Casey Jones reportedly shows chunks of the old Washington Bridge still in the Seekonk River.
A woman and her dog were walking near the Fairfax Bridge when she fell into the Carbon River at around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office said it's unlikely the woman survived due to water temperature and conditions.
