The New York Knicks have waived Matt Ryan and Jacob Toppin, the team announced Sunday. Playing on two-way deals, neither Ryan (19) nor Toppin (16) exceeded 20 appearances this season for the Knicks.

Ryan has also logged time with Boston, the Lakers, Minnesota and New Orleans since 2021/22. Through 82 NBA games over his four-year career, he is averaging 3.7 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.5 assists.
