Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare’s CEO on a Manhattan sidewalk last year, was indicted in federal court on charges of murder, stalking and a firearms offense.

Luigi Mangione, the man accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel in December, has been indicted in a New York court on four charges including a count eligible for the death penalty.

Accused assassin Luigi Mangione was indicted on federal charges Thursday and charged with two counts of stalking, a firearms offense, and murder with a firearm. If convicted on the final count, Mangione could be eligible for the death penalty.
