By the time Marvel's five-hour announcement about the "Avengers: Doomsday" cast was done, there was a surprisingly long line of empty chairs. But as long as the cast list is, we can't help but notice some huge absences from the roster, including some names we thought were practically mandatory.

Doomsday cast announcement was met with much fanfare, but it also sparked a significant amount of concern that Marvel decided to spoil the Thunderbolts by giving away which cast members would make it to Doomsday.
