Jeffrey O. Kennerk, 34, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was indicted for aggravated assault, endangering others, and multiple weapons offenses for bringing multiple firearms onboard an Amtrak train.

The investigation began when New Jersey Transit police were notified of an unattended black and white zebra print bag in Newark Penn Station.
