Group Captain John 'Paddy' Hemingway, who has died aged 105, was the last of 'The Few' who fought in the Battle of Britain during the Second World War.
Born in Dublin in 1919, Mr Hemingway enlisted in the RAF in 1938 and soon became one of the young pilots who fought in the Battle of France.
