An innovative renovation preserves the character of the vaulted thin-shell structure, while creating fabrication spaces for Colorado College's arts programs.

After the two-year restoration project, scaffolding surrounding the spire was removed by the start of the 2025 spring semester, bringing the restoration a critical step closer to completion.
