Shares in Tesla Inc. recently traded nearly 2% higher, even as the S&P 500 index dipped, as Chief Executive Elon Musk said he planned to cut back on his political spending and declared that the car company’s sales are improving.

Brazilian airline Gol said on Tuesday its restructuring plan under Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings has been approved by a U.S. court.

“In terms of political spending, I’m going to do a lot less in the future,” Musk told Bloomberg’s Mishal Husain at the Qatar Economic Forum.
