HONOLULU (Island News) – The City and County of Honolulu released its schedule for Memorial Day along with the schedule for the rest of its operations and the traffic and parking regulations that will be in effect for Monday, May 26, 2025. The holiday schedule for the City and County of Honolulu operations will be as follows:

The City and County of Honolulu, in collaboration with the national Department of Veterans Affairs, are holding the 74th Mayor's Memorial Day Ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Pūowaina on May 26.

To honor those who lost their lives while serving in the U.S. armed forces, park staff and partners will provide an opportunity for visitors to participate in a series of unique events throughout the Memorial Day weekend to more fully connect with the history of Pearl Harbor.
