California authorities say the death of Jeff Sperbeck in a golf cart accident appears to be a horrific accident.

The Riverside County sheriff hasn’t found any indication of criminal activity in Jeff Sperbeck’s fall from a golf cart driven by John Elway.

Reality TV star Johnny Bananas was on the golf cart with John Elway and Jeff Sperbeck at the time of the incident, according to TMZ. Bananas, whose real name is Johnny Devenanzio, was standing on the back of the golf cart with Sperbeck, TMZ reports. John Elway and his wife were in the front seat.
