The stowaways found dead in the wheel well of a JetBlue plane in Florida earlier this month have been identified as two teenagers traveling from the Dominican Republic, according to a report Thursday.

Deputies confirmed Wednesday that the two men found dead earlier this year at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport were from the Dominican Republic.

One of the two bodies discovered in early January in the landing gear of a plane at Fort Lauderdale Airport has been identified as 16-year-old Dominican teenager Elvis Volquez Castillo, who had been reported missing by his family.
