CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (DC News Now) — The UVA Health University Medical Center was named the No. 1 hospital in Virginia, according to Newsweek’s Best-in-State Hospitals 2025 list.

UVA Health has been honored on Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2024 list of 100 health systems with great neuroscience and spine programs.
