Colorado Kroger workers are striking this week, and 130,000 union grocery workers are bargaining contracts this year.

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Kroger employee James Carroll has emerged victorious in his federal case against the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 75 union and the grocery giant Kroger.

The employees said they had discussions on and off for years about the potential to unionize, although the earnest effort began at the beginning of January when they contacted the UFCW union.
