Easter weekend is fast approaching and the four-day bank holiday weekend means many supermarkets will have different opening hours.Supermarkets in the UK are now warning customers that many of their stores will be closed over the Bank Holiday weekend as government rules dictate that any location larger than 280 square metres must close on Easter Sunday.

While Asda will be open for reduced hours during the Easter weekend, it is actually closed on Easter Sunday. Asda will reopen on Easter Monday at 7am. Morrisons will also be closed on Easter Sunday. It will also reopen at 7am on Easter Monday. Lidl is another supermarket to be closed on Easter Sunday. It will reopen at 8am on Easter Monday.
