Jim’s Restaurants must pay a Schertz couple about $4 million in damages for injuries they suffered when a plate glass window at one of the company’s stores shattered on them in 2022.

As they were seated in the restaurant, a nearby plate glass window shattered over them that lead to a number of injuries, subsequent pain and several other complications, according to the complaint.
