Get your fishing poles ready, the Mojave Narrows Regional Park Trout Fishing Derby is about to make a big splash in the Victor Valley.

The event will feature over 1,300 pounds of stocked trout, including the unique lightning trout. Cash prizes will be awarded for the heaviest trout caught, with a $1,000 prize for first place.
