A Lancaster County man has been missing for nearly a week, police said on Monday. Alexander Neff, 42, was last seen around 7 p.m. on March 11, leaving his house on the 1000 block of Holtwood Road in Martic Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Police said Neff has schizophrenia and tends to stare without talking.
