Tom Brady admitted in his weekly newsletter on March 24 that there was a 'natural tension' with Bill Belichick that led to his departure from the New England Patriots in 2020.

In the latest edition of his newsletter, Brady noted that his departure from the Patriots was a “creeping decision” that had been brewing for “2-3 years” before he signed with the Buccaneers.
