The National Transit Safety Board is investigating after a train carrying five passengers collided with a stationary out-of-service train at East Somerville Station Sunday.

A train on the MBTA's Green Line collided with an out-of-service train at a station in Somerville early Sunday morning.

Max Desmond, 31, was one of the passengers on the Green Line train that collided with another parked train at the MBTA East Somerville Station just after midnight on Sunday.
