As this list shows, the ranks of Earth's Mightiest Heroes could really swell by the time Avengers: Doomsday rolls around. The original MCU Avengers consisted of six heroes (Iron Man, Cap, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye). Can the new movies really support a cast of 20 or more heroes?

March 26, Marvel hosted a stream on its YouTube channel that spent nearly five and a half hours making a very slow, elaborate show of announcing the cast of Avengers: Doomsday.
