THE NEXT BIG THING will be the possibility of another First Alert Weather Day for a severe weather threat this weekend. The good news is we will have a nice break in the rain for Valentine’s Day. In fact, some areas could see lows near freezing early on Friday, with a good supply of sunshine, and highs in the 60s.

Focus turns to the weekend as more rain returns to the forecast with the threat of heavy rain possible. A First Alert Day has been declared for Saturday due to the threat of localized flooding. A slight risk for excessive rainfall is already in place across all of the Mid-Ohio Valley from the Weather Prediction Center.
