We know now who bought the Monroeville Mall. Walmart has confirmed they are the buyer of the property while Cypress will be managing the site. In a statement to Pittsburgh's Action News 4, the company said: Walmart did purchase the Monroeville Mall and is very interested in being part of any future redevelopment of this site.
