Jai Lucas and Miami have finalized the contract that makes him the school’s new men’s basketball coach, nearly two weeks after they struck preliminary agreement on a deal, a person with knowledge of the talks said Wednesday.

Jai Lucas just got his first transfer portal target a day after being hired by Miami, this player just so happens to have one of the best names in college basketball.

Lucas is staying in the ACC and, at 36, will be the youngest high-major coach when he takes over Miami following this weekend
