Police say Luis Valentine abducted 2-year-old girl Camila Guzman in Fort Myers and fled to Cape Coral. Officials tell Fox 4 the man is the child's mother's ex-boyfriend.

According to the alert, Camila Guzman went missing earlier in the day from the area around Deleon Street, south of Colonial Boulevard, in Fort Myers. At the time, she was wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt and black pants. After she disappeared, Camila may have been seen on Southeast 5th Avenue, in Cape Coral.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old from Fort Myers, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Camila Guzman was last seen near the 4600 block of Deleon Street in Fort Myers, and may have been spotted near the 500 block of SE 5th Avenue in Cape Coral, the Amber Alert said.

If you see Camila Guzman or Luis Valentin, you are asked not to approach them and instead call the Fort Myers Police Department at 239-321-7700 or 911.
