After going undefeated in the first round, the Big Ten Conference has eight basketball teams remaining in the men's NCAA Tournament. Follow along for all the results from the second round.

The opening round NCAA tournament matchup marks the first meeting between the programs. MSU is in search of its first NCAA tournament win since 2019 when it knocked off Central Michigan in its opener. Harvard is in the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2007 and is after its first win since 1996 when it upset Stanford.

Southern had to really win its way into the tournament. After being Alcorn in the SWAC Championship Game, the Jaguars were tasked with playing in the First Four, outlasting UC San Diego on Wednesday to advance to the big dance for the second time in three seasons. The Lady Jags have never won a game in the NCAA Tournament.
