Hi. You should allow 2-3 hours at most here. That will give you plenty of time to ascend the trails and hopefully see some tarsiers. You are correct in stating that they nocturnal creatures. But I went there around 11 am. And found that it was very dark in the rainforest. And the tarsiers were sleeping in trees under big leaves they dragged up to keep the rain off them. One you know what to look for it was easier to spot them
