Renting an motorbike will be cheapest option. Songtaew is alright. Not sure of the price for Songtaew n boat. Wat is around 200 meters off the shore. River is big n dont think its possible to stop near the wat shores. If going by boat you will end up taking an tuk tuk from the drop off point to the wat. Most common option is bike or guided tour package with the minibus. ~45mts from the city to Wat by bike under hot sun round the year.
