Overrated. Not much nightlife or daytime shopping. Pretty vacant, yet clean, boring. Short North had a little more to offer, but felt sketchy, very little parking, alot of business fronts empty.Full review by NorthStar42840407397

The downtown is very walkable, and super-clean. Very wide streets and safe. It just needs some convenience and grocery stores.Full review by ken j
