Munising Township is a civil township of Alger County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of 2020, its population was 2,865. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 217.7 square miles, of which 202.2 square miles is land and 15.5 square miles, or 7.11%, is water.
