Will be visiting Zeebrugge by cruise ship and only there from 08:00 to 15:00. Can anyone recommend a reliable tour guide or company? ( Unable to pre-book on ship due to tickets old out )

We booked the excursion through p&o and was brilliant, we heard other got taken to shops and stuff a bit like turkey would do but the cruise one was a 100% mint
