After 3 kids, I advise against doing adult activities with small children - especially if you're alone. But - if you still want to give it a try,,, I took the Bangrak tour in which there were no tuktuks to deal with - it was all walking . Which ever food tour you decide on, check with the company if TukTuks are involved. if not, consider a stroller or a shoulder harness in which you can carry your kid.
Did anyone do any of these tours solo? Is solo possible (together with other passengers is ok). Want to do several of these tours but not sure if its possible.
