I recently did a gold cart tour of wynwood and was pleasantly surprised - we went behind the scenes and normal art that everyone usually does - tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the art work itself. We did a weekday (Wednesday) first thing in the morning at 11am - we were the first tour that day so there was not a lot of traffic or people. We stopped and took pictures where ever and when ever we wanted. Highly recommend it!
