I think the timing might be tight. The 10am tour starts at the Correr Museo collecting the group and then walking over to the Clock Tower. I would say the tour actually begins inside the Clock Tower around 10:15, once everyone has climbed up to the first level and gets orientated. I remember the tour being around 75-90 minutes in length, so you may need to leave the tour early to get to the Doge's Palace for the 10:35 am tour, despite the two locations being very close to each other. And if you need to leave early, the tour ends at the top level - outside by the Moor bell - you would need to be escorted by the Clock Tower guard/guardian down to the street level. I am not sure the guardian would be allowed to leave the group to escort a tour member down and out of the tower. I would contact the Correr Museo directly and ask them if it is feasible.
