Nice large campsites. Very quiet even on a 3 day weekend. Park employees are very friendly and helpful. It is one of our favorite parks.Full review by L7977SRjeffm

Love the campground and the hiking but the new rule for dogs that no fencing is allowed is ridiculous. Instead, dogs have to be tied on a leash at all times which is very difficult with a puppy. This…Full review by Rachel S

Do I have to make a reservation to camp in Obannon woods or can I pay/pick a site on arrival?
A:
You can reserve the electric sites if you want to, but this time of year you will not need a reservation. You can't reserve the horse camp sites, which are non-electric.
