Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (WSTC) under the direction of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is one of 28 local workforce development boards located throughout the state. This Workforce Development Board serves Tarrant County through a network of partners. The primary goal of WSTC and the 28 local workforce development boards is to respond to the needs of Texas employers and workers through locally designed market-driven workforce development initiatives. In short, our job is to help Tarrant County residents get the assistance and training they need to obtain employment in a career pathway of their choice. Our services are FREE and are available to all eligible Tarrant County residents. We also provide services to employers to help them find well trained and qualified individuals for their organization.
