We did the Jungle Walk / Pipeline Trail as part of a half day tour. We did see a few sloths. If you have never seen dense jungle before you will like it.Full review by lucycan

I am so sorry to be late in seeing this question and answering it. No, this area in Panama was cleared of Yellow Fever decades ago by the former American "owners". There were very few mosquitoes or other insects that bothered us during the dry season, when we visited.
